notes :
ʚ my mode of payment are paypal and gcash. if you wish to pay via online bank (ph only), send it through gcash.
ʚ i always open commissions unless my display name says "ia." dm me !
ʚ i am usually online from 12 PM until 2 AM (ph time) or 1 PM until 3 AM (kst). if i have not responded to your dm, i am not refusing to make a commission ! if i refuse to, i will respond to you ☻
ʚ the default canvas size of the doodle is in 2048x2048. if you wish to change the canvas size, please say so before i work on your commission. failure to do so will not be entertained.
ʚ the default bg color is in beige. if you wish to change the bg color or remove it, please say so before i work on your commission. failure to do so will not be entertained unless willing to pay for extra charges.
ʚ i currently have 3 art styles (you can find them in my works in the very first page) so please say what art style of mine you want. i doodle svt members as animals and chibis.
ʚ when sending a reference photo, you can request changing the position, hand motions, etc. of a member. if you wish so, please say so before i work on it. failure to mention a change in motion of the doodle will not be entertained. you can also change the animal ver of the svt member (eg. you want wonwoo as a fox instead of my usual art of him as a cat).
ʚ when requesting for change of motions, etc. please take note that i will not do nsfw, gore, violent, mecha, and the doodles doing any harmful stuff. come on my doodles are supposed to be cute!
ʚ i send a screenshot of the work in low quality on purpose so the client can see the art before i give them the hd version via google drive link. hd versions will only be sent after the client sends the full payment.
rules :
✧ what can i do with my digital doodle? ✧
ʚ you can use it as profile picture / icon in any social media platform you own (credit is very much appreciated ☻)
ʚ you have every right with the art i made for u, except owning the piece itself (claiming that u made it) eg. someone asking if they can repost the commission
ʚ if you get them printed for personal use, please do not redistribute them (if you wish to, please say so + the rate will be on "for business / commercial purposes")
ʚ post them in social media ! please post the watermarked photo when u do so

ʚ you can print as much as you want (you can send me photos for transparency ! very much appreciated)
ʚ stickers can only be FREEBIES and cannot be sold by the client
ʚ the canvas size of the commission can be customized by the client for free. although my default size is 2048x2048, if you need a smaller size (eg. for thank you cards), you can say so before i work on it. failure to mention a custom canvas size will not be entertained unless willing to pay extra charges

revisions &
cancellations
✧ how many revisions can i ask for?✧
during the sketching phase, you can only ask for revisions three (3) times FOR FREE. the 4th and next revisions will require extra charges. when
✧ i change my mind on what i want ✧
the client has the right to change their decision on what they want me to make only before i say that i will be working on it. i will ask you one last time "is that it?" or "is this your final decision?" before i confirm that i am working on it. if the client mentions that they change their mind during the sketching phase, it will not be entertained and the commission will be cancelled if the client refuses to pay the cancellation fee.
i want to cancel :(
client will not be entertained if they say that they are not satisfied with the finished art and are wishing for a refund. revisions are highly encouraged if you want full satisfaction with the commission you paid for.

client will only entertained for a cancellation if i am not done with the art yet. still, 30-40% of the original price/rate will be charged since i have started on the commission already.
